Created during the 1992–95 war, this group carried siege diaries, refugee tracing requests and news relays at a time when those functions barely existed elsewhere online. Its wartime archive is genuinely historic.
Post-Dayton, it settled into diaspora conversation across all three constituent peoples — with the group name’s truncated spelling (an 8.3-era artifact) faithfully preserved.
